Council Responsibilities As a “site-based decision-making” vehicle, the School Council assists and consults to the Principal in four key areas: - Establishing Education Goals - Identifying Students’ Educational Needs - Reviewing Annual Budget - Formulating a School Improvement Plan - The Council accomplishes
