About Membership The School Council membership is representative of important stakeholder groups including parents, faculty, the community and administration. The School Principal is the standing Chair of the School Council. The Principal appoints Community Representatives. Parents/Guardians are elected by the parent/guardian community to serve a two-year term, and the Faculty nominates and elects its’ representatives to the School Council. Elections for Parent/Guardian and Faculty members are held every year, with new members replacing members who have served their two year term. The Council nominates and elects a Co-Chair from among members who have served one year. |
