Counseling Department Programs
SAFE ZONES - The Safe Zone Project at Newton North High School is intended to create anatmosphere of understanding, respect and acceptance for Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Questioning and Allied students, faculty and staff. The project will work toward ending homophobia, heterosexism, prejudice, discrimination and negative stereotyping as these relate to the GLBTQA community.
