A Note From Ms. Marks:
I am very excited to be working with your children and to be part of the Memorial Spaulding community.  This is a very special place where children can feel safe, comfortable and supported while learning how to become better and more effective communicators.

My mission is to give the children the tools, strategies and confidence to communicate to the best of their abilities across a variety of environments and relationships.

The following sentiment inspires my work with the children:

If a person does not
keep pace with his or her
companions,
perhaps it is because
he or she hears the beat of a
different drummer.

Let each person step
to the music
that he or she hears,
however measured
or far away.
Paraphrased from Henry David Thoreau
